1.0 Scope
1.1 - The scope of this agreement covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that DurableDNS collects when you use DurableDNS's websites and services.
1.2 - The scope of this agreement also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that DurableDNS may collect from business partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
1.3 - This agreement does not apply to the practices of companies that DurableDNS does not own, control, or have a privacy agreement with. This agreement also does not apply to the practices of people that DurableDNS does not employ or manage.
2.0 Collection and Use
2.1 - DurableDNS collects personally identifiable information when you sign-up for DurableDNS services and access DurableDNS websites and DNS servers.
2.2 - DurableDNS may also receive information from business partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
2.3 - When accessing DurableDNS websites and services, DurableDNS automatically receives and records information in server logs including IP addresses, browser identification, and other information that is typical of a public website and DNS service.
2.4 - When engaging DurableDNS for DNS hosting services, DurableDNS collects your name, address, telephone numbers, and email address.
2.5 - DurableDNS uses information collected for the purpose of identifying customers, customizing advertising and offerings, contacting you about promotions and new products, and normal business communications regarding outages, maintenance, etc.
3.0 Information Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 - DurableDNS will not sell or rent personally identifiable information
3.2 - DurableDNS may send personally identifiable information when:
3.2.2 - Customer consent for disclosure has been received in writing
3.2.3 - Disclosure of personally identifiable information is necessary for the delivery of services
3.2.4 - Disclosure is needed by companies working on behalf of DurableDNS to provide a product or service to Customer
3.2.4.1 - Companies working on behalf of DurableDNS never have the right to disclose personally identifiable information without the consent of DurableDNS and Customer
3.2.5 - DurableDNS is responding to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process
3.2.6 - DurableDNS finds that your actions utilizing DurableDNS websites and services violate the Terms of Service Agreement found on all DurableDNS websites.
